McCorvey has a combined 59,000 square feet of office space in both Orlando and Houston with over 50 full-time Project Managers / VDCs and Project Managers / Operations. Our in-house detailing department can produce professionally designed 3D drawings in AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit.
In Houston, McCorvey Sheet Metal Works, L.P. has a 214,000 square foot facility with a custom 20-station coil line, 2 Iowa Precision Pro-Fabriduct HVAC Coil Line, 12 welding stations, 8 press brakes, 1 laser cutter table, 7 plasma tables, 4 seam welders, 3 spiral pipe machines, 1 ovalizer, 3 overhead cranes, fabricating duct machine, conveyor belt system throughout the warehouse, 300+ employees, and additional state of the art HVAC machinery.
In Orlando, McCorvey has 93,000 square-foot manufacturing facility with a custom 12-station coil line, 4 welding stations, 5 press brakes, 3 plasma tables, 2 seam welders, 2 spiral pipe machines, 2 overhead cranes, fabricating duct machines, and conveyor belt system, 80+ employees, and additional state of the art HVAC machinery. With Houston and Orlando combined, that puts our manufacturing capabilities to over 300,000+ square feet.
