APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
We encourage everyone to take advantage of our Apprentice Program. You will learn the many facets and complexities of sheet metal work and you get to enjoy the reward of knowledge and more money. Each semester you get through our Apprentice Program your wages will increase.
CLASSROOM LEARNING
Classes are once a week for three hours at a local college. The program follows the standard college schedule, which is four years broken out into eight semesters. We also offer virtual courses for individuals that live more than seventy miles from any McCorvey Sheet Metal office location.
ZERO DEBT
In order to set up our employees for success, McCorvey Sheet Metal covers any costs associated with the program including the cost of books.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
In the program, each student will have the opportunity to train at every station in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, in the field, and in different departments throughout the office. This will provide a rounded knowledge of the sheet metal industry as a whole.
EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
One of the best benefits of the program is that you are earning a stable income while training. Also, each semester that you successfully complete, your wages will increase.
